It's Working....
I don't want to post what my weight was when I started this...it's embarrassing...BUT what I will do is post my weight when I get down to where I want to be, and if you're really interested (NOT!) you can add it all up backwards...
What I can tell you is, another 10.4 k's yesterday (I'm taking today off to give my legs a break) and I'm down 15 lbs. already!!!
It's a good start. I know a lot of it's water weight, but who cares?
