Update - 3 weeks to the day after surgery - July 26th

Well, here's my progress so far. I'm still a little puffy in some areas. My nose is still a bit wide and I'm still a bit jowly from the swelling, but the improvements are pretty much at a daily rate at this point.
I see Simon Jacobson (my orthodontist) again in two weeks and Bill (my surgeon) said that Simon could start moving my teeth to accommodate my new bite.
I'm thinking that if all goes well, everything should be completed by Christmas time - if not - March at the latest.
